The Roseville City Council is expected to vote Wednesday on a proposal that would officially divide a property at 808 Main St. into three residential lots, clearing the way for future homes to be built there.

City staff is recommending the council approve a parcel map and a subdivision agreement with Homeland Enterprises, LLC.
If the council approves the item, the property will officially be split into three residential lots.
The property is located at 808 Main St., near Fiddyment Road, according to a map included with the agenda.
According to the staff report, the city’s engineering division reviewed the project and found that it follows state law, the city’s subdivision rules and all the requirements from an earlier approval. The project does not require a full environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, a state law that usually requires governments to study how a project could affect the environment before it is approved.
However, the staff report says this project qualifies for an exemption under Senate Bill 684 because it creates fewer than 10 parcels and fewer than 10 homes.
The report states the project was already approved through a ministerial review process by city planning staff in November 2025, meaning it met a set of objective rules rather than requiring the City Council to decide whether it should move forward.
Wednesday’s vote would complete the final steps needed for the subdivision.
According to city staff, approving the subdivision will not cost the city’s General Fund any money. The report also says the project supports the city’s goal of planning for future growth and infrastructure.
