“The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 p.m. this evening for a portion of southern California, including the following area, San Bernardino. The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures,” according to the NWS Las Vegas NV.
