The Padres will stage a Fan Appreciation Month for their final 12 regular-season home games in September, the team announced.

All fans with tickets will be eligible to win prizes, while season-ticket members will receive $25 per seat (up to six seats) per account as a credit toward food and beverage purchases next month. That’s in addition to continuing to receive a 10% concession discount and access to Member Happy Hour.
Fan Appreciation Month will also include surprise appearances by Padres alumni and leadership.
The team will also invite select members to throw out honorary first pitches, serve as the “Play Ball” kid, ring the ceremonial Mission Bell, meet the starting lineup on the field before games and help the Pad Squad toss souvenirs into the stands.

“We have the best fans in baseball, and their energy continues to make Petco Park an electric environment,” Padres CEO Erik Greupner said in a statement. “Their passion and support have helped us set attendance records, maintain one of the top payrolls in baseball and create a strong home-field advantage. None of this would be possible without them. We’re deeply grateful for their faithful support, and we look forward to celebrating them throughout September as we make a push for the postseason.”
The Padres next month will host the New York Yankees (Sept. 4-6), the Washington Nationals (Sept. 7-9), the Miami Marlins (Sept. 18-20) and the Arizona Diamondbacks (Sept. 25-27).
Promotion highlights next month include a Fernando Tatis Jr. City Connect bobblehead (Sept. 8), a KPop Demon Hunters theme game and a Hispanic Heritage Weekend (Sept. 25-27).
