The casino resort, about 45 miles southeast of Sacramento, “invests in the honing of culinary skills in a multi-restaurant environment, offering unique cuisines and concepts, within a mature operation that emphasizes quality and food safety.”

Managers review applications and conduct interviews. Applicants may be considered for positions beyond the ones for which they applied.
