Despite their recent 21-point lashing by the Kansas City Chiefs, the Denver Broncos open as 2.5-point favorites at home against the Jaguars on BetMGM. Jacksonville Starts Season with Clean Bill of Health
Knock on wood, but the Jaguars have started this week with a clean bill of health. All four players who were on the final injury report on Friday — LeQuint Allen Jr., Jakobi Meyers, Cole Van Lanen and Anton Harrison — played significant snaps in Jacksonville’s thrashing of the Browns. After the game, there didn’t seem to be any nagging injuries or anything lingering, so it looks like all hands on deck heading into Denver.

Historical Deadlock
Since their inception in 1995, the Jaguars have broken even with the Broncos, 8 wins, 8 losses. In last year’s matchup, Jacksonville’s red-hot offense snapped Denver’s 11-game winning streak, defeating the Broncos 34-20 behind Trevor Lawrence’s 279 yards and three touchdowns. Parker Washington also had an incredible game, hauling in six of his 10 targets for 145 yards and a touchdown. Seven different receivers had at least one catch for the Jaguars. Bo Nix threw for 352 yards, one touchdown, one interception and lost a fumble.
