Webb will join Justin Hill under the Team Tedder canopy, with the longtime privateer team taking the reigns of the factory Husqvarna 450 program. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has also joined as title sponsor, returning to a title sponsorship role after previously sponsoring High Desert Racing (2013-2016), Butler Brothers Racing (2017-2022) and Rides Unlimited Racing (2023-2025). Webb’s move to Team Tedder marks his return to the KTM family of brands after winning two 450SX championships on an orange machine.

Webb’s first ride with the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Monster Energy Team Tedder Husqvarna team will be this weekend at the Motocross des Nations in Ernee, France. He will make his fourth appearance for Team USA and compete in the Open class in his first Husqvarna effort.

“I’m very excited for the future. Team Tedder and their entire family have given me an awesome opportunity to go racing on my own terms and put together a program that I believe is capable of chasing championships. I think it’s going to be the perfect balance of bringing together a family-oriented environment and the competitiveness to win. I’ll make my debut this weekend aboard the Husqvarna FC 450 Factory Edition for Team USA at the Motocross of Nations. It’ll be my first time competing on the Husqvarna, but it gives me a lot of confidence to return to a platform that I’ve had so much success on throughout my career. Early in my career, Roger [De Coster] and their entire crew helped turn my 450 career around, so it’s a special moment to once again have them supporting me during the later part of my career. I’ve got a lot of fight left in me and I’m motivated to get back on top,” said Webb in the team’s press release.

Webb spent the previous three seasons with Star Racing and experienced plenty of success, winning his third 450SX title in 2025 after a tight battle with Chase Sexton. Entering 2027, Webb ranks eighth on the all-time 450SX wins list and has the most premier class main event victories of any active rider. He also ranks seventh in all-time 450SX podiums, second among active riders to 2026 champ Ken Roczen.

The announcement of Webb’s new home continues the recent string of silly season news. Aaron Plessinger (5.11 Triumph Factory Racing) and Gage Linville (Liqui Moly Beta Factory Racing) have also announced their new deals for the upcoming season.
