The Dream swept the New York Liberty in the second round of the WNBA Playoffs. Atlanta is off to the WNBA Finals.
“I manifested this. When I came to Atlanta, I knew what I was getting,” Reese said after the series-clinching 85-83 win over the New York Liberty in Friday night’s Game 3 of the semifinals.
“This team has poured so much into me. We poured so much into each other. I posted and Tweeted, 10/10/25, that I was manifesting the Finals, and this is my moment. I’m supposed to be here. I thank God for this moment.”
Following the game, Hill took to X, announcing that everyone is in need of an apology announcement for Reese.

“Let the apologies be as loud as the disrespect. Whole ‘lotta people owe Angel Reese an apology,” she wrote.
Hill wants Reese’s fans to be as loud as possible.
“You can talk it now. Winning is the cherry on top but you can’t objectively look at how her presence boosted this team and not say she’s owed an apology. She won DPOY. That alone is worth an apology,” she added on X.
Hill isn’t backing down, either.
“She’s cosplaying as, at worst, the second best player in history and will potentially lose to a team she’s not playing against,” she added.

“This is such spot on analysis. I thank you for bringing this to our attention.”
The WNBA Finals should be fun.
They are scheduled to begin next week.
