Tonight’s race at Michigan International Speedway will be Cleetus McFarland’s 8th race in the ARCA national series. It will be his fourth ARCA race on the national circuit this season. He has another start at Rockingham as well in ARCA East competition.

At Talladega, Cleetus finished P2. For a moment in time, it looked like he might win the race. On another big oval where the speeds are going to be high, Cleetus has a fast car and probably feels good about his chances of pairing his first pole with his first win.
