Mendez issued the sentence against Gabriel Cabrera on Wednesday in Sacramento federal court.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Investigators found the firearm and fentanyl at Cabrera\u2019s residence during a parole search of the man\u2019s home, according to a release.
