The 7,100-square-foot building has sat vacant since Tahoe Joe\u2019s closed in 2022 after more than two decades in business. In Detroit, diners pay a set price for 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat wagyu, then order cuts of American, Australian and Japanese beef from a tablet at their table to cook themselves.
