Construction crews are expected to install drainage systems, place concrete, deliver materials and more,  of the bridge to more than three-quarters of a mile south.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Construction for the Mosquito Bridge project costs about $93 million, according to an El Dorado County Board of Supervisors meeting agenda for May 17, 2022. It is funded by the Highway Bridge Program and Sacramento Municipal Utility District. The current Mosquito Bridge is , according to a county presentation.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Potential traffic stops due to construction are expected to last between five and 10 minutes, according to El Dorado County.
