There was no settlement on Monday due to the U.S. Memorial Day holiday.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m a bit sceptical&#8230; We keep being told there&#8217;s a deal that&#8217;s near, but what does the deal look like?
