Neighbors also told deputies they had not seen or heard from him in several days.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Deputies went to Liebhauser\u2019s apartment near Canyon Way on Wednesday evening to conduct a welfare check but were unable to locate him. Authorities found his vehicle and cellphone at the residence and checked local hospitals without success.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Liebhauser is 5-foot-11 and weighs 175 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
