Where did it go?<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Nara Organics issued the recall of all lots of Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula after, according to the company recall notice, the FDA and CDC told the company about babies sick with infant botulism in California, Pennsylvania and Washington. Adults told the CDC each had consumed Nara formula.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>In infant botulism, the recall notice states the botulism \u201cspores are ingested and colonize the intestinal tract, producing botulinum neurotoxins in the immature gut of infants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Infection can cause \u201cconstipation, poor feeding, ptosis (drooping eyelid), sluggish pupils, low muscle tone, difficulty sucking and swallowing, weak or altered cry, generalized weakness, respiratory difficulty, and, possibly, respiratory arrest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p><b>READ MORE: More recalls of moringa supplements linked to multi-state salmonella outbreaks<\/b><\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>This recall covers formula sold by Target, Target.com and Nara.com since July 2025 in 14.1-ounce and 24.7-ounce containers.
