The Rancho Cordova Police Department said a woman in the vehicle was on a searchable probation, according to a social media post from Wednesday, causing police to find a gun and several unused Narcan kits in the vehicle’s passenger compartment.

Narcan, also known as naloxone, is typically used to combat a potential overdose.
