U.S. President Donald Trump was among those to react.
“Senator Lindsey Graham, one of the greatest people and Senators I have ever known, is dead! He was always working, and was a true American Patriot. Lindsey will be greatly missed!!! DETAILS AND ARRANGEMENTS TO FOLLOW. So sad!” he wrote.

Stephen A. Smith also chose to react, albeit in an interesting way.
The ESPN personality shared a clip from his podcast, which he’s now calling the POTUS Show.
“Remembering Sen. Lindsey Graham: A Conversation with Stephen A. from the First Episode of the POTUS Show,” he wrote on X.
Smith is facing some backlash for his reaction on social media

“All these people have their PR companies or PR agent telling them to put out stuff. It’s so gross as soon as somebody dies everybody acts like they were a saint, but everybody forgets what they really did,” one wrote.
