WWE Raw Detroit (July 20): Full Card, Start Time, How to Watch Live

WWE returns to Detroit tonight for Monday Night Raw, just 12 days before SummerSlam, as the card for the two-night premium live event continues to take shape.

Following a busy weekend in New York City that included Fanatics Fest, SummerSlam Kickoff, and Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden, WWE shifts its attention back to weekly television.

In addition to what has already been announced, tonight’s Raw is expected to further build anticipation for Oba Femi’s Hell in a Cell Match against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, while also continuing The Vision’s latest developments, as they have yet to be officially added to the SummerSlam card.

WWE has announced just one match for Raw as of Monday morning, featuring two of the competitors scheduled to compete in the Six-Man Tag Team Match at SummerSlam.

Fresh off being embarrassed at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Seth Rollins will kick off tonight’s broadcast. With Roman Reigns not advertised to appear, expect the World Heavyweight Champion to capitalize on the opportunity to address his SummerSlam opponent.

Chad Gable Speaks

After surviving last week’s gauntlet match, Chad Gable is officially headed to SummerSlam to challenge Penta for the Intercontinental Championship. WWE has positioned the bout as one of the featured championship matches on the card, with Gable returning to his hometown of Minneapolis after arguably the best year of his career.

Danhausen Appears Live

Danhausen is scheduled to appear following his victory over JD McDonagh at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The win came after surprise assistance from NBA champion Karl-Anthony Towns, creating one of the weekend’s most talked-about moments.

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has also teased “so much more,” suggesting additional SummerSlam announcements could be in store.

What Time Does WWE Raw Start Tonight?

WWE Raw airs live tonight, Monday, July 20, beginning at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. The show originates from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, and is expected to run for approximately 2½ hours.

How to Watch WWE Raw

In the United States, Monday Night Raw streams live exclusively on Netflix. Internationally, Raw is also available on Netflix in most markets where WWE programming is offered.
