A Foothill Farms man was sentenced to 500 years to life in state prison for repeatedly sexually abusing three young girls over a three-year span, the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.

Troy Tee Taylor, 47, was sentenced Friday by Sacramento Superior Court Judge Kenneth Brody in Sacramento Superior Court.
A Sacramento County jury convicted Taylor in 2025 of 10 counts of forcible lewd acts against a child stemming from the sexual abuse of three girls from 2020 to 2023, prosecutors said. The girls were between 4 and 9 years old when the abuse occurred.
Jurors also found true an allegation that the crimes involved multiple victims.
Taylor, who was previously convicted in 2002 of child molestation according the state’s Megan’s Law database, knew a relative of the three victims and would be left alone with them at times when the abuse occurred, prosecutors said.

Taylor could become eligible for California’s elderly parole program when he turns 65, after serving 25 years of his sentence.
With custody credits, Taylor could receive his first parole hearing as early as 2049, according to the DA’s Office.
Taylor remained in custody at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center near Elk Grove while awaiting transfer to state prison.
