More than all the singles matches taking place at the Cincinnati Open today, there is one contest that is sure to have tennis fans excited, and it involves one of the greatest players in the history of the sport, Serena Williams. The duo will play together for the first time since the 2022 US Open, where Serena brought her legendary singles career to an emotional end. Nearly four years later, she is back on the tennis court and slowly making her way back into the sport.
Serena and Venus Williams’ Cincinnati Doubles Return
In Serena’s quest to find glory once again, she will have the support of her sister Venus. Together, they will take on young American Peyton Stearns and Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk.
The match is scheduled to take place at 7:00 PM EDT on Grandstand Stadium at the Lindner Family Tennis Center, with plenty of attention expected to surround the iconic American duo.
