Perhaps Miguel Andujar is nearing a return from the injured list.
Andujar doubled twice in a three-hit game while playing left field in his fourth rehab game in Triple-A El Paso’s 4-1 win on Saturday at Tacoma.

Andujar is 5-for-16 with four doubles as he makes his way back from a wrist facture.
How much time will Andujar need?
“When he gets hot,” Padres manager Craig Stammen said after the win in San Francisco on Sunday. “Get him hot, and we’ll get that bat back up here. He hasn’t played a full game in the field yet, so we get him back on (the field) and get his bat hot, try to bring him up at the right time.”
Andujar’s effort on Saturday was his first multi-hit game and his first in the field, although he played seven innings before he was lifted from the game.
First baseman Nick Pratto (.797 OPS) and third baseman Marcos Castañon (.791 OPS) each had a double and an RBI during two-hit games.

Right-hander Jhony Brito (2.91 ERA) walked a batter in a scoreless inning in the start before right-hander Evan Fitterer (4.15 ERA) threw five shutout innings.
Right-hander Hunter Stratton (2.16 ERA) saved his second game with a scoreless ninth.
El Paso is 58-85.
