The reason this pair is blue is the whole point of it. In the original film, McQueen spends the story wanting out from under Rust-eze and into a Dinoco deal, and the blue-and-white livery only ever shows up in his daydream. Crocs built the shoe he never got to drive.
The heel spoiler is new. Crocs has been shaping this clog like a car for years, and this is the first time the strap itself does double duty as bodywork.

What makes this pair of Crocs different from others? The blue is unmistakably Dinoco. If you love Cars, then you know why that’s a thing. Also, there’s a bit of a racing car shape to the design.
