Attendance records from the past year show how often each Shreveport City Council member was present, and how often they were absent, for administrative conferences and regular council meetings.

Between August 2025 and August 2026, Councilman Grayson Boucher recorded the most absences from Shreveport City Council meetings and administrative conferences, according to minutes recorded by the Council Clerk.
Boucher’s six recorded absences included five administrative conferences and one city council meeting.
Councilman Jim Taliaferro followed with four recorded absences, missing three administrative conferences and one city council meeting between August 2025 and August 2026.
Alan Jackson, Ursula Bowman and Tabatha Taylor each missed one administrative conference and one city council meeting during the period, while Gary Brooks missed one administrative conference.

Councilman James Green was the only member recorded as present for every administrative conference and city council meeting between August 2025 and August 2026, according to meeting minutes.
