Fifth Dutch Bros. Coffee location opening in Elk Grove. Here’s where and when

Popular drive-thru coffee chain Dutch Bros. is opening its fifth location in Elk Grove, offering discounted drinks for the community on its first day.

The new location at 2623 W. Taron Court will celebrate its grand opening Tuesday, according to a post from the Arizona-based chain.

The chain is offering $3 medium drinks from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., and merchandise will be available beginning at 6 p.m. The location’s hours were not yet listed on its website.

Dutch Bros. operates four other locations in Elk Grove — 8610 Elk Grove Blvd.; 8841 Sheldon Road; 10065 Bruceville Road, Suite 100; and 8023 Orchard Loop Lane. The Elk Grove Boulevard location is open 24 hours a day.

The coffee chain is known for its energetic customer service and expansive, customizable drink menu, including blended coffee, energy drinks and lemonades. It first opened in 1992 as a pushcart in Grants Pass, Oregon, and now operates 255 locations in California, according to its website.
