Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are both active for the Cincinnati Bengals against the Miami Dolphins in Week 5 at Hard Rock Stadium, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET. Each carried a questionable tag on the final injury report.

Safety Kyle Dugger (quad) and rookie wide receiver Colbie Young (knee) headline Cincinnati’s six inactives.

Safety Bryan Cook (ankle) and linebacker Swayze Bozeman (groin) were questionable and are active. Defensive tackle B.J. Hill is active for his first game since the opener, and safety Russ Yeast was elevated from the practice squad Saturday.

Center Connor Lew, offensive tackle Myles Hinton, tight end Jack Endries and defensive tackle Landon Robinson are healthy scratches, and no emergency third quarterback was listed.

Miami is without the four players it ruled out Friday: wide receiver Caleb Douglas, tight end Justin Joly, edge rusher Rob Beal Jr. and cornerback Reese Taylor. Questionable running back Jaylen Wright is active.

Here are the official lists from both teams.

Joe Burrow gets his top two receivers back

The Bengals finished last week’s 22-17 loss to Jacksonville without either star. Chase left with a concussion in the second quarter, and Higgins went out late after piling up 157 yards.

That game earned Higgins an 89.9 overall grade from PFF, the best on the team. Dohnte Meyers added seven catches for 82 yards, and Zac Taylor credited Burrow for helping the backup receivers.

“I feel confident, whoever we put out there, we’re going to make it work,” Burrow said this week.

Neither practiced fully until Friday, so we’ll see how the snaps get split.

Bryan Cook returns to a thin secondary

Cook hurt his ankle on the first series at Pittsburgh on Sept. 27 and missed Week 4. Friday was his first full practice since.

“You know how much I love my teammates, and I want to be playing,” Cook told the team’s website.

With Dugger out again, Cook and Jordan Battle project as the starting safeties. They face a Miami offense led by Malik Willis that averages 11.5 points per game, the fewest in the league.

The Bengals (2-2) are trying to snap a two-game losing streak, and the Dolphins (0-4) are still looking for their first win. The game airs on FOX for folks back home from Clifton to Covington.
