The Chargers will do everything they can to salvage what’s been a nightmare season. That all starts November 1 in what is considered a “road game” against the Rams.

The Chargers will do everything they can to collect the win, but what do oddsmakers say about their chance to finally secure their first win of the season?

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Caesars Sportsbook, Fanatics Sportsbook, and Bet365, the Bolts are 6.5-point underdogs against their Los Angeles counterpart.

Other oddsmakers like FanDuel Sportsbook and BetMGM have the Bolts as 7-point underdogs.

The Chargers are the only winless team in the NFL after the Dolphins defeated the Jets in Week 7.

The Bolts still haven’t won a game this season and last won in Week 16 of the 2025 season. It’s been a long time since the Chargers have been on the winning side of things, but they’ll look to change that this Sunday.

The Chargers and Rams entered the season with plenty of hype, making this Battle of Los Angeles look like a potential Super Bowl preview.

Instead, both teams find themselves struggling midway through the season. The Chargers have endured a rougher start, but things haven’t gone according to plan for a Rams team that entered the year as an offseason winner and with hopes of winning the Super Bowl at the highest odds.

The Rams enter the matchup at 3-4 through seven games. Rather than a battle between two of the NFL’s top teams, Sunday’s matchup pits two Los Angeles squads against each other as they look to turn their seasons around.
