Reilly’s annual salary will rise from about $352,300 to $378,392, retroactive to July 1, according to a staff report. His compensation also includes retirement contributions and other benefits.
The amendment also extends Reilly’s contract by one year, through Jan. 1, 2031.
Under the agreement, the district will contribute $26,000 annually to two supplemental retirement plans on Reilly’s behalf, with contributions to each plan increasing by $1,000 annually until they reach the maximum amounts allowed under the agreement. The contributions took effect Jan. 1, 2026.
The salary increase is the first amendment to his contract, according to the staff report. Reilly began at the lowest step of the salary schedule for his position and is moving to the second step with this pay increase.
