Oklahoma City enters the new season looking to once again compete at the top of the Western Conference after finishing last season with a 64-18 record, which was the best in the NBA, behind their core led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

The Thunder will try to start the season off with a victory Tuesday as they face off against the Spurs in a tough road matchup.

San Antonio enters the new season looking to build on last season’s success, which saw the Spurs finish second in the West with a 62-20 record and reach the NBA Finals behind their core led by Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Tuesday night’s matchup, each may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

The Thunder have three players listed on their injury report, though Chet Holmgren is not one of them.

Of course, Holmgren missed time during the preseason due to a quad injury, but he is off the injury report and will play against the Spurs.
