Sacramento police are searching for an at-risk 79-year-old woman after she went missing Friday evening.

Lynda Susan Lange was last seen around 5 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of 38th Street in East Sacramento, according to a social media post by the Sacramento Police Department.
Lange is considered at-risk due to dementia, police said. She has short black and gray hair with a slender build. She is about 5-foot-5.

Sacramento police say Lange was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt with an emblem on the front, green Levi’s pants and blond-colored slip-on shoes.
