Pistachio & Cream opened its doors at 801 L St. on June 12, joining a robust business district packed with popular restaurants.
From coffee drinks to Belgian waffle bowls, the business sells a wide selection of Italian desserts, including sugar-free and dairy-free options.
“A little dream is turning into something real,” Pistachio & Cream representatives wrote in a May 30 social media post. “So excited to finally share this journey with you all.”

What’s on the menu at new Sacramento dessert shop?
Pistachio & Cream serves 12 flavors of gelato.
Customers can order the shop’s namesake pistachio gelato, or venture out and try other flavors including stracciatella, tiramisu, biscoff, nutella and classic cream.
Desserts at Pistachio & Cream feature pistachio nuts straight from the “volcanic slopes of Bronte, Siciliy,” the business said on its website.

“We roast it gently, grind it into a rich green paste, and fold it into gelato, coffee and desserts made fresh every day,” Pistachio & Cream said.
Are there coffee drinks?
Pistachio & Cream’s menu includes a variety of coffee drinks, including an americano, cortado, flat wide and a standard iced coffee.
For those looking for more unique drinks, the dessert shop also serves a signature pistachio latte and affogato.
“Everything made in house, served fresh at our midtown café,” the business said.
When are open hours at Pistachio & Cream?
Pistachio & Cream is open 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, 6:30 a.m. to midnight Tuesday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, according to its website.
