Who really won the NFL offseason?
Was it the New York Giants, who landed Super Bowl-winning head coach John Harbaugh? Was it the Los Angeles Rams, who traded for Myles Garrett and got Aaron Donald to come out of retirement? Was it the Dallas Cowboys, who landed Caleb Downs in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft?

Or was it Marissa Ayers, the girlfriend of New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart?
To same, it’s the last person mentioned. Few people on social media, if any, have blown up as much over the past several months than Ayers, who has now been dating Dart for about a year.
Dart and his blonde girlfriend were everywhere, from the Kentucky Derby to the NBA Playoffs to the World Cup.
Ayers, an influencer, has seen her social media following skyrocket. She now has more than 497,000 followers on Instagram. She’s becoming one of the most-followed WAGs (wives and girlfriends of athletes) in the sport.

She took some heat for her appearance, though she’s not going to apologize for defending her man.
“This week [at training camp] it’s just a little more intimate, so, family, girlfriends, [and] wives… Because I’m seeing comments, and it’s like, ‘Why are the girlfriends there?’ It’s to bring the families together. It just kind of gives everyone a chance to meet, hang out, and bond, and just be a part of it. The kids can go and see their dads, it’s so cute,” Ayers said, via the New York Post.
“They basically practice for 2-3 hours, and you see the players for maybe like 10 minutes… and then they’re back in meetings for the rest of the afternoon and night. It’s not like they’re hanging out. Trust me, they’re locked in. It’s a chance for us to be supportive before the season. Just so much hate online and negative commentary around players.”
Dart will need her support on Sunday, as the New York Giants take on the Dallas Cowboys.
