Best NFL RB Prop Bets for Week 1
Baltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry 100+ Rushing Yards (+200)
Henry has spent years making life miserable for the Colts, rushing for 1,432 yards in 16 career meetings with eight 100-yard games. That history makes his 100-plus rushing yards prop worth a look in Week 1. Baltimore should give Henry another heavy workload, and 20-plus carries would put him in a good spot. DeForest Buckner’s return helps Indianapolis, but Henry has seen this defense plenty and knows how to wear it down.

Atlanta Falcons RB Bijan Robinson Under 76.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
Atlanta’s messy quarterback situation gives Pittsburgh an obvious plan: stack the box and make someone other than Robinson win the game. That makes Robinson Under 76.5 rushing yards an appealing Week 1 play. He managed just 68 yards on 18 carries in his last meeting with the Steelers, and Pittsburgh still brings a tough defensive front. If Atlanta falls behind early, Robinson could also do more damage catching passes than piling up carries.
Philadelphia Eagles RB Saquon Barkley 100+ Rushing Yards (+214)
Barkley has basically owned Washington since joining the Eagles, rushing for 146, 150, 118 and 132 yards in four meetings, making this 100-plus-yard prop one to like. The Commanders ranked 30th against the run last season, while Philadelphia enters with a healthy offensive line ready to open holes. Barkley has topped 100 yards every time he’s faced Washington as an Eagle, and there’s little reason to expect fewer touches this time.
