Former Toronto Raptors forward Jonathan Mogbo has agreed to sign a two-way contract with the Kings, according to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto. Mogbo spent two seasons with the Raptors after coming out of the University of San Francisco as the 31st overall pick in the 2024 NBA draft.
Mogbo, 24, is a 6-foot-9, 225-pound power forward. He was named West Coast Conference Newcomer of the Year and first-team All-WCC after averaging 14.2 points, 10.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.6 steals while shooting 63.6% from the field as a senior at USF in 2023-24.
Mogbo appeared in 103 games for the Raptors over the past two seasons. He played 63 games with 18 starts as a rookie in 2024-25, averaging 6.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.5 blocks in 20.0 minutes per game.

Mogbo recorded a triple-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists in a win over the Charlotte Hornets on April 9, 2025. He just missed a triple-double four days later in the final game of the season, finishing with nine points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists.
Mogbo also appeared in 26 games for Toronto’s G League team over the past two seasons, posting averages of 12.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.2 blocks. He shot 56.8% from the field and 36.7% from 3-point range on 1.2 attempts per game.
