Cunningham stressed that the Fever are not letting the outside noise affect them. She also emphasized that their culture is what makes them who they are.
“I think there’s just been a lot of outside noise,” Cunningham said. “But our locker room is good. And that’s what it is to be an Indiana Fever.”

Cunningham and Co. won their second consecutive game on Tuesday, defeating the New York Liberty106-92. Cunningham bounced back from three straight subpar performances with 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting from downtown.
Kelsey Mitchell once again top-scored for the team with 28 points, good for her 17th straight 20-plus point game. Caitlin Clark backed her with 22 points and 10 assists, while Aliyah Boston registered 19 points and seven rebounds.
The Fever will begin a four-game road trip on Thursday versus the Atlanta Dream. They are currently 21-12 and are battling for fourth in the standings. A win over the other will create more separation. Indiana will visit the Toronto Tempo two days after.
