If you enter your information, and it returns no results, the information may not match your registration, or you might have registered or updated your registration too recently for the new information to have been added.
The Secretary of State’s Office includes on its website a list of Frequently Asked Questions, so voters can troubleshoot the process, which is anonymous, as BallotTrax only tracks the ballot envelope, not your vote, the page states.
