San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested Sunday in Ohio on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, court documents show.

York, 46, was arrested by the East Palestine Police Department initially on misdemeanor charges of engaging in prostitution that was amended to disorderly conduct.
York pleaded no contest and was found guilty. He posted a $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear for arraignment at the Columbiana County Municipal Court and discharged from jail, documents show.
York’s cell phone was returned to him while $160 was forfeited to the Miami Valley Human Trafficking Task Force. York was ordered to complete an online course.

The 49ers did not immediately respond to The Sacramento Bee’s request for comment.
York became the principal owner of the 49ers in 2024 after purchasing equity shares from his family. He previously served as the team’s acting governor and CEO.
