Travis Kelce has enjoyed an eventful offseason, both on and off the field. The future Hall of Fame tight end committed to returning for a 14th season, signing a three-year, $54.7 million extension to remain in Kansas City.

The 36-year-old then enjoyed another unforgettable milestone away from football. He married pop starTaylor Swift on July 3 in a private ceremony held at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
With the regular season just a few weeks away, Kelce and the Chiefs officially resumed training camp in St. Joseph, Missouri. The team held its first full-squad workout on Wednesday, with Patrick Mahomes and offseason addition Kenneth Walker also among those on the field.
One practice clip, however, stole the spotlight. In a post shared by Sports Radio 810 on X, Kelce was seen effortlessly running routes with his trademark burst and fluidity.
His performance prompted widespread praise from fans as many pointed to his speed, conditioning and ability to remain in elite shape despite entering Year 14.

Head coach Andy Reid praised Kelce after Wednesday’s practice, joking about how the veteran stayed in shape during the offseason.
“He stayed in shape. He did a lot of dancing at his wedding,” the veteran coach said. “He works so hard, and he wants to be in there. For a young guy to look at that, it’s hard for them to make an excuse to take a rep off.”
Kelce has built one of the greatest careers ever by an NFL tight end since the Chiefs selected him in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He is a three-time Super Bowl champion, an 11-time Pro Bowler and a multiple-time First-Team All-Pro selection.

The Chiefs are hoping Kelce can continue producing at top level in 2026. For nearly a decade, he has been Mahomes’ most reliable target, and the duo remains the backbone one of the NFL’s most successful offenses.
Kansas City’s regular-season opener is set for Monday, Sept. 14, when the Chiefs host the Denver Broncos on “Monday Night Football.” Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET, with the game set to air on ESPN/ABC.
