A man’s body was recovered Tuesday from Folsom Lake near Doton’s Point, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office said.

Sheriff’s deputies received a call about 11:30 a.m. and located the body in a few feet of water, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The cause and manner of the man’s death were not immediately known. Sheriff’s officials said the death did not appear suspicious Tuesday.
