A new entertainment and dining complex has been announced for Downtown Commons at 500 J St., replacing a business that left late last year.

810 Entertainment will move into the two-story, 25,000 square-foot building once occupied by Punch Bowl Social, according to a news release from DoCo.
810 Entertainment will offer food and drinks, as well as activities such as eight lanes of bowling, billiards, darts, axe throwing, and arcade games. In addition to its breakfast, lunch and dinner options, the downstairs will be a “beer-focused bar experience,” according to the release.
John Rinehart, the president of business operations for the Sacramento Kings, said in the news release that 810 Entertainment will be “another dynamic destination for residents, visitors and guests,” contributing to the mix of businesses in the area.
“We are thrilled to welcome 810 Entertainment to DOCO and introduce its popular dining and entertainment concept to the Sacramento region,” Rinehart said.
Seth Singh, the Sacramento franchise owner, was also noted in the release. He stated he sees tremendous potential for the venue, especially given the downtown location.

‘DoCo is already one of the region’s premier destinations for sports, dining, and entertainment, and we believe 810 will be a natural addition to the mix,” Singh said.
Michael Siniscalchi, the founder and chief executive officer of 810 Entertainment, said in the release, “This is an ideal setting to serve guests from breakfast through late night, whether they are joining us for a meal, a Sacramento Kings game, a corporate event or a night out.”
Because of its proximity to the Golden 1 Center and Kimpton Sawyer Hotel, the complex will also be available for private events, the release noted.
810 Entertainment has locations scattered across the United States, but this will be the first in Northern California.
No opening date has been set because of the time involved in renovation and construction, but the goal is to open in late 2026, according to the press release.

Punch Bowl Social closed permanently in December after eight years in business.
