It removes one of the biggest potential concerns surrounding the Ravens heading into Week 4 after Jackson appeared on the injury report earlier in the week because of a back issue.
Jackson was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice before returning as a full participant Thursday. Now, barring an unexpected setback, Baltimore will have its two-time NFL MVP behind center as it attempts to improve to 3-1.

Lamar Jackson Cleared for Ravens-Titans
Jackson’s appearance on the injury report understandably created some concern considering how important he remains to everything Baltimore wants to accomplish offensively. Friday’s news should put those concerns to rest.
Jackson has completed 53 of 76 passes for 745 yards, four touchdowns and one interception through Baltimore’s first three games. He has also added 124 rushing yards and a touchdown, continuing to stress opposing defenses with his ability to create through the air and on the ground.
He was particularly efficient in Baltimore’s 34-31 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3, completing 15 of 20 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns while adding 50 yards rushing.

The Ravens enter Sunday’s game at 2-1, while Tennessee is still searching for its first victory at 0-3.
Ravens Get Major Piece of Offense Back at Full Strength
Jackson’s availability becomes even more important considering some of the other injury questions Baltimore has dealt with entering the weekend.
The Ravens have been forced to shuffle pieces along the offensive line, while wide receiver Zay Flowers also appeared on the injury report with a hamstring issue before returning to full practice participation.
Baltimore should now be able to enter Sunday without wondering about the status of its most important offensive player.
The matchup also carries another fascinating storyline with Derrick Henry preparing to face his former team for the first time since leaving Tennessee. Henry spent eight seasons with the Titans before eventually joining Jackson in Baltimore.
With Jackson cleared and Henry preparing for an emotional matchup against his former organization, the Ravens will have their star-studded backfield available as they search for their first home victory of the season.
For Baltimore, Friday’s Jackson update couldn’t have been much better.
