“The Glamour” confirmed the update in her latest TikTok vlog, explaining that Giulia’s knee to her face during their September 4 SmackDown brawl caused enough damage to require a procedure. She expects to undergo surgery Tuesday and believes she will only need a few days to recover.

“I do have to get surgery on my mouth because Giulia kneed me in the face. So I have to get that on, I think Tuesday, so I have to take a couple days to recover, but I will vlog a little bit in my time off.”

The update comes after Monroe was involved in a chaotic confrontation with “The Beautiful Madness” before their scheduled singles match could even begin. WWE had already promoted the bout as Monroe’s long-awaited SmackDown in-ring debut, but the two rivals never made it to the opening bell.

While Blake Monroe’s surgery will temporarily keep her away from the blue brand, her comments indicate that she does not expect a lengthy absence. That could leave the door open for the rivalry with Giulia to resume once she has recovered.

What Happened Between Blake Monroe and Giulia on SmackDown?

The latest chapter in Monroe and Giulia’s rivalry began backstage when Monroe was being interviewed. Their confrontation quickly escalated into a physical fight that moved toward the entrance area, where Giulia eventually connected with her Arrivederci knee.

The attack forced their scheduled match to be called off, extending the wait for Monroe’s first official singles match on SmackDown. WWE had previously attempted to put the two women in the ring, but their rivalry has repeatedly prevented the match from taking place.

The aftermath showed just how serious the confrontation had become. In a WWE digital exclusive, Monroe approached SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis and handed him a bag containing teeth she said had been knocked out during Giulia’s attack.

“The Glamour” later shared images showing the physical effects of the brawl, including a heavily wrapped jaw. With surgery now scheduled, her feud with Giulia has taken another turn before the two have even had their first official singles match.

For Monroe, the immediate priority is recovery. Once she returns, however, the unfinished business with “The Beautiful Madness” will still be waiting for her.
