We continue riding the carousel for fantasy football defensive teams.
A weekly check of “Who’s facing the Tennessee Titans?” should be a sound strategy the rest of the season.

In Week 7? That’s the Cleveland Browns, who tamed the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6 and rank second in the league with 19 sacks. (Safe to say they survived trading Myles Garrett; thanks, Mason Graham.)
Cam Ward should make plenty of mistakes against this still underrated defense.
What other matchup plays should join your waiver wire list?

Start ‘Em Fantasy Defenses: Week 6 D/ST Rankings
- Cleveland Browns at Titans
- Carolina Panthers vs. Buccaneers
- Tennessee Titans vs. Browns
I explained the Browns rationale in the intro.
Stick with Carolina even if Baker Mayfield (thumb) returns to game action. Mayfield has been sacked at a career-worst 11.9% pace on dropbacks, and recent starter Jalon Daniels also has a juicy 8.4% rate. If nothing else, Carolina should get to the quarterback in one of its easiest line vs. line matchups of the season.
Miss out on Cleveland’s D/ST? Try its opponent. The Titans just pushed the Colts aside and, while they’re one of the least useful pass-rush teams, per Pro Football Focus, should win more battles than paper says.
