The Citrus Heights Police Department announced Thursday that detectives recently concluded the investigation into the trafficking and sale of fentanyl and other narcotics.
Police said detectives identified a suspect who was distributing large quantities of drugs throughout Citrus Heights and surrounding jurisdictions. Detectives obtained search warrants for the suspect’s home and a storage unit in Sacramento County.
Detectives served the warrants and found the narcotics, as well as $50,000 in cash, a firearm and additional evidence of drug trafficking and distribution, according to the Police Department.
