Horner left Red Bull in 2025, after two decades at the Formula One team. Recently, the former Red Bull boss has made it clear that he remains interested in an F1 Return.
Christian Horner Brands Ferrari as “Dream Job”
Horner revealed that Ferrari is the one team that could tempt him to make a return even without an ownership stake.
“Would I consider Ferrari? It’s the dream,” Horner said. He described Ferrari as “the most important brand in Formula 1” and called the team a “sleeping giant.”
Horner added: “I feel like I still have one more dance to dance.” He also made a playful reference to Mercedes boss Toto Wolff.
The former Red Bull team principal said, “Toto needs someone to mess up his damn hair.”

Vasseur Still Has Work To Do At Ferrari
The timing of Horner’s comments is particularly interesting because Vasseur is dealing with another challenge during the weekend at the Azerbaijan GP.
After Thursday’s practice sessions at the Baku City Circuit, Vasseur admitted Ferrari is struggling for consistency. Ferrari boss also confessed that balance and tire management were among the issues affecting the SF-26.

“Certainly we are not very satisfied with the balance today. We have a lot of work to do for tomorrow,” Vasseur said.
For now, there is no confirmation that for considering replacing Vassuer. In fact, Ferrari extended his contract on a multi-year deal in 2025. Still, Horner’s “Ferrari is the dream” admission gives the ongoing conversation about Ferrari’s future leadership another intriguing plot.
