“The time is finally here! We’re excited to welcome everyone into our new spot,” said the social media post. “Thank you to all our family, friends and supporters who have helped us get here. Your love and support mean so much to us.”
The business is owned by Ger Her who serves authentic Hmong dishes, including sausage with lemongrass, crispy pork belly, sticky rice, racks of ribs and barbecue chicken.

Sactown Hmong BBQ launched in 2019, serving as a pick-up and catering business out of Her’s home. Described as a “hottest home-based business in the 916,” Sactown Hmong BBQ served large plates of barbecued meat ranging from $11 to $28, depending on the dish. For example, a full rack of ribs sold for $30, while a half rack was around $15. The same menu will carry over to the restaurant.
