No. 4 Ole Miss and No. 21 Florida meet Saturday in one of the biggest games on the Week 4 college football schedule. Both SEC teams enter the matchup 3-0, but only one will leave Gainesville with an unbeaten record.

The Rebels moved into the top five after beating then-No. 10 LSU 32-24 last Saturday. Trinidad Chambliss completed 24 of 34 passes for 342 yards and three touchdowns in the win, while Ole Miss rallied from a 24-14 deficit in the second half. The victory also came against former Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin.
Florida also enters its SEC home opener at 3-0 after beating Auburn 44-39 last week. Running back Jadan Baugh rushed for 162 yards and three touchdowns, giving him four consecutive 100-yard games. The Gators are looking for their first win over a top-five opponent since 2020.

Key Players to Watch in Ole Miss vs. Florida
Chambliss has been one of the biggest reasons for Ole Miss’ unbeaten start. The quarterback has completed 77 of 110 passes for 924 yards, seven touchdowns and two interceptions through three games, with a 70% completion rate.
Ole Miss also needs to monitor the status of Kewan Lacy, who is questionable with a shoulder injury. Lacy has 191 rushing yards this season and was a major part of last year’s 34-24 win over Florida, when he ran for 224 yards and three touchdowns.

Florida will lean on Baugh, quarterback Aaron Philo and wide receiver Vernell Brown. Baugh has already established himself as one of the Gators’ most productive offensive players, while Florida’s offense scored 44 points against Auburn in its first SEC game.
Ole Miss vs. Florida Injury Report
Ole Miss has ruled out nine players, including cornerbacks Cedrick Beavers and Dorian Barney, safety MJ Preston, linebackers Ant Davis Jr. and JaMichael Garrett, safety Victor Lincoln Jr., safety Craig Tutt, offensive lineman Jalan Chapman and offensive lineman Emanuel Faulkner. Lacy remains questionable.
Florida has only one player listed as questionable: wide receiver Eric Singleton Jr., who is dealing with an ankle injury. The Gators have no players listed as out on the latest availability report.
The series is tied 13-13-1, with Ole Miss winning the most recent meeting 34-24 in 2025. Saturday’s game will be the Rebels’ first trip to The Swamp since their 51-35 loss there in 2024.
