Earlier in the tournament, a popular influencer, Alix Earle, sparked controversy with her outfit. Many of her followers and tennis fans told her that what she was wearing is not really appropriate for Wimbledon. It was a nice dress, but not fitting for the moment.
Photos of the outfit quickly went viral on social media.
