The San Bernardino County Superior Court is relocating its ARISE court calendar from down the hill to the Victorville Courthouse.

ARISE stands for “A Restorative Integration for Successful Engagement Program,” a county-developed program created in response to SB 823/SB 92, which realigned the state’s juvenile justice system.
Part of the realignment includes the closing of the Division of Juvenile Justice, shifting the care of higher-need youth to local counties, and establishing Secure Youth Treatment Facilities, state officials said.
The transition to the Victorville Courthouse begins Aug. 12, according to county officials.
The ARISE Court calendar will relocate from San Bernardino Juvenile Court, Department J2, to Victorville District, Department V1, at the Victorville Courthouse, 14455 Civic Drive. The contact number is (760) 245-6215. The ARISE calendar will continue to be held at 1:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, county officials said.

The move from San Bernardino to Victorville will reduce travel time and allow participants to attend court closer to the ARISE program location and related services, county officials said.
