Ukraine’s top negotiator Umerov to head foreign intelligence service

KYIV, Aug 3 (Reuters) – Ukraine’s Rustem Umerov, its top negotiator in U.S.-backed talks with Russia, will be appointed chief of foreign intelligence, Ukraine’s public broadcaster reported on Monday, citing President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
