“The Flood Advisory will expire at 7:30 p.m. this evening for a portion of southeast California, including the following area, Inyo. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures,” according to the NWS Las Vegas NV.
