The WWE signed Kelly Kelley to a contract in 2006 after she trained in Ohio Valley Wrestling. She spent time on ECW before eventually winning the WWE Divas Championship in June 2011.

“As a former Catholic schoolgirl, Kelly Kelly spent her high school years rooting for the football team as a cheerleader and effortlessly knocking out two common fantasies of the opposite sex in one shot. In 2005, the teenager took WWE by storm as an exhibitionist on the relaunched ECW,” the WWE wrote for her bio. “In addition to roles in music videos and guest spots on TV shows, Kelly Kelly also became the first woman from WWE to appear on the cover of “Maxim” magazine in December 2011, reaching a new mainstream audience, and populating the dreams of plenty more soon-to-be-slapped boyfriends and husbands.”
Despite retiring at a fairly young age, Kelly Kelly remains a fan-favorite in the WWE world.

Even though Kelly Kelly hasn’t competed in a WWE match since the 2022 Royal Rumble, she made it known that she still misses the wrestling universe.
“I do, and I think that’s why I come back for the Rumbles and I come back for the Evolutions and stuff like that, because it’s like you miss that and you crave that, and it’s just in the back of your mind, you’re also worried,” Kelly Kelly told Chris Van Vliet. ”Are they gonna remember me? Are they gonna cheer for me, is my pop gonna be big? So that’s going through your mind too, and you’re just hoping that they remember you.”
